Hot Stones are a wonderful addition to any massage. The added heat helps penetrate the muscles on a deeper level. This can have a therapeutic effect, along with promoting overall relaxation. Some stones are placed along side of the spine on top of a towel, while the other stones are used interchangeably with the hands to perform massage techniques.

Melt the stress away with this hand or foot pampering scrub. This starts with a soothing hot towel wrap to help relax tired hands or feet while hydrating dry skin. Next a special blend of salts and essential oils are used to exfoliate and rejuvenate your hands or feet. Then to finish, reflexology inspired massage techniques leave your hands or feet feeling soft tingly and refreshed.

The penatrating and relaxing heat of healing paraffin wax pairs perfectly with the scrub, as an add on to a massage or is great by itself!
